Do you do repairs in the store?

Yes. Our Wilmington, Hillsboro and Xenia stores each have a full-time jeweler on site. Repairs dropped off at our Lebanon store are personally hand-delivered by our own team to our jewelers, so your piece stays in Rome's care from start to finish.
How long does a ring sizing take?

Most ring sizings are ready in 2-5 days. Some quick repairs can be done while you wait, so just ask when you drop off.
Do you repair watches?

Yes. We replace batteries and bands, reseal watches, and handle service and overhauls.
Can you fix a broken chain or clasp?

Yes. We repair chains, clasps, prongs and settings, and we can reset or replace stones.
Do you restring pearls?

Yes. We restring pearl and bead necklaces and bracelets and clean them while we're at it.
