Shipping policy

• Items listed “in stock” will ship within 1-3 business days.
• All other items will ship within 1-2 weeks depending on availability and vendor.
• If we are experiencing shipping delays for a specific product, we will notify the customer immediately. 
• All customers will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email when an item has shipped.
• Right now, standard shipping is $5.99 and free shipping – qualifying for orders over $100 or more. This is subject to change depending on specific sales. Customers can also select "Local Pick up" at checkout for pick up at our Wilmington or Hillsboro store locations. 

Orders for in-stock items that do not require special sizing or special ordering will be processed as follows:

• Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday or on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
