1. Any individual who makes a “Bridal Purchase” (from our Bridal section as well as all Bridal related orders) between 11/01/2023-11/30/2023 Inclusive (Qualified Sales Period) at Rome Jewelers, located at 64 West Main Street Wilmington, Ohio 45177 and 114 North High Street Hillsboro Ohio 45133 is entitled to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if Three (3) inch’s or more of newly fallen snow accumulation occurs at the Dayton International Airport, on December 25th, 2023 between the hours of 12:00AM – 11:59PM (24hours).

2. All purchases made during the above period are final. No returns or cancellations are Allowed. Exchanges for the full purchase price amount or Store Credit will be allowed until 1/1/2023.

3. Individuals who have made a purchase during the Qualified Sales Period must PAY IN FULL in order to be eligible to receive a refund as a Qualified Customer.

4. The Insured Peril will be measured by The National Weather Service at Dayton International Airport. The official report provided by Weather Command of The National Weather Service at Dayton International Service will be the ONLY weather data relied upon in verifying the Insured Peril and whether refunds are to be made.

5. Please be advised that Rome Jewelers will not be in a position to confirm that the Insured Peril occurred until a minimum of seven (7) business days after the Insured Date(s).

6. In the event the Insured Peril is met as defined in Rule #1 above, refunds will ONLY be made to Qualified Customers who agree to complete and sign the Sales Promotion Rules.

7. In the event the Insured Peril is met as defined in Rule #1 above, please be advised that it may take up to sixty (60) days after the weather recording date to receive your refund.

8. All refunds must be claimed by 3/31/2024. It is the Qualified Customers’ responsibility to claim their refunds by the above date. No refunds will be issued after this date.

9. Purchases made outside of the Qualified Sales Period and all sales tax and delivery charges are not eligible for a refund.

10. Rome Jewelers reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.

11. Employees of Rome Jewelers and their suppliers are not eligible to participate in this Sales Promotion.

12. In the event the Conditional Rebate Offer Activation Requirements are not met, then this Conditional Rebate Offer is void, and there will be no rebate, refund or compensation of any kind to any Qualifying Customer.

13. Must be 18 years of age or older as of date of qualification.

14. Rebate award recipient(s), if any, must accept delivery of refund payment from Sponsor at Sponsor location where Qualifying Purchase was made, or as otherwise instructed by Sponsor. Sponsor will designate a date when rebate award will be available (the “Redemption Date”), and rebate award recipient must redeem rebate award within 30 days of the Redemption Date or the rebate award will be void. All other costs related to Refund delivery and acceptance are the sole responsibility of each recipient including but not limited to any and all applicable taxes (including local, state and federal income taxes.) Conditional rebate award offer is non-transferable. Rebate award recipients may be required to complete and return any necessary documents upon receipt of refund award payment, including a liability/publicity release and/or a W-9 form.
